We are sorry you need to change or cancel your booking.

We will accommodate requested changes wherever possible and confirm the outcome by email.

If your requested changes are not possible, the booking will be cancelled instead.

We require at least 48 hours' notice before your booked collection time for a cancellation.

Cancellation requests received with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the total hire charge, in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions.

For a cancellation received at least 48 hours before my booked collection time, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the booking Terms & Conditions.
