For jobs involving large boxed or bulky loads, the LWB and Luton give significantly more usable volume. If weight is the limiting factor, note that the LWB currently has the highest published payload of the three at 1,192kg.
Costs, mileage and VAT invoices
Standard daily hires include 200 miles per day and we charge no deposit. The rental agreement shows the hire charges; the final VAT invoice is produced after the hire so that any additional charges can be included. If you need a VAT invoice sooner or another copy, contact Alco and quote the booking reference.
For repeated or more complex requirements, contact us rather than assuming a standard online booking is the best fit.
Operating area and commercial use
Alco generally restricts vehicles to a 100-mile radius of its Winchester office so practical support remains possible. If a business journey needs to go beyond that normal area, contact Alco before booking.
Commercial vehicle rules can depend on how a vehicle is being used. The hirer and business remain responsible for making sure the proposed operation is lawful and appropriate.
